BTOB "Be Together"

As soon as Hyunsik and Sungjae finished their military services last year, fans’ excitement was heightened to see their beloved group together for the first time since 2018. Their wait finally came to an end as vocal legends, BTOB, made a grand, much anticipated, full group comeback on the 21st of February, with their 3rd studio album “Be Together” and the title track ‘The Song‘. After four long years, the sextet will grace the music stages together once again with a more distinguished charm.

‘The Song’ debuted #1 on Bugs Realtime Chart (with other songs from the album dominating all the top spots on the platform), #2 on MelOn 5 Minute Chart, and #4 on MelOn Realtime Chart.  The album made it to the worldwide charts too, scoring #1 on iTunes in 6+ countries like Vietnam, New Zealand, Malaysia, the Philippines, etc. (at the time of writing).

BTOB – The Song [Be Together]

Be Together is composed of thirteen tracks that accentuate the BTOB’s strengths and their musical spirit. Opening with the beautiful scenic views of the snowy mountains, ‘The Song’ as the title track works quite well, showing the group’s vocal colors and impeccable harmony. The track is a remembered euphony that the members sing to reminisce about nostalgic emotions and memories built upon it over time. The album overall is a silver-toned collection of songs that range from contemporary pop ballads to R&B and subtleties of Hip-Hop. It takes the listeners on a journey through different stories, promises, and confessions. Members Hyunsik, Minhyuk, and Peniel have arranged, lyricised, and composed the songs on the album.

It’s BTOB’s tenth year in the industry together, and after 4 years of halted activities as a full group, it somehow feels like a new beginning for the group. They never fail to thank and express their love for their fans, as Eunkwang said today in their online press conference, “BTOB wants to be with you, fans, as a singing group for a long time, so please accept our hearts.
