Sehun The Pirates: Goblin Flag

‘The Pirates: Goblin Flag’ is a sequel to ‘The Pirates’, released in 2014 starring Son Ye Jin. Although the sequel is not related to ‘The Pirates’, just the thought of the previous film and its exciting parts are enough to get us excited to see the thrilling and comical aspects of the upcoming film. If that still isn’t enough to hype one up, the star-studded main cast which includes Han Hyo Joo, Kang Ha Neul, EXO’s Sehun, Chae Soo Bin, Lee Kwang Soo, and Kim Sung Oh would surely do the trick!

Cast & Plot Of ‘The Pirates: Goblin Flag’

Just like in the K-Drama, ‘Happiness’ Han Hyo-Joo’s character Hae Rang is all geared to lead the entire crew of the bandits in this film with her badass and unruly vision. Kang Ha Neul‘s character Woo Moo Chi with his right-hand man, Kang Seop played by Kim Sung Oh, is taking a back seat from being the leader of the banditry on a private ship. This movie also marks Actor Sehun‘s second film on the big screen, while being his first-time debut in a Korean film. We are expecting to see a different side of Sehun as an Archer who will go above and beyond to protect Hae Rang and will show joyous chemistry with Chae Soo-bin.

In the film, Hae Rang will team up with Woo Moo Chi to find the lost treasure of a royal family in the Goryeo dynasty along with her comrades So Nyeo played by Chae Soo Bin, Mak Yi played by Lee Kwang Soo, and Han-Goong played by EXO’s Sehun. With secrets to be uncovered and mysteries to be unraveled, all jumbled in this adventurous comedy period film, it comes as no surprise that K-Movie enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting its release on 26th January 2022!
